Michael specializes in solar photovoltaics installation and energy training, leveraging his extensive experience in college and community development program instruction. He is passionate about developing training programs that align with company visions and goals.  

As an authorized OSHA trainer, Michael also provides professional consulting in energy surveys, wiring fundamentals, and lighting retrofits. His diverse experience spans a decade of service in the Army, as well as roles in wireless telecommunications within both government and private sectors, and executive positions in startups and nonprofit organizations.

Steve has worked in construction, energy, and solar photovoltaics (PV) for over 30 years. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the startup and operation of numerous organizations focused on construction, energy, and energy training, including several successful solar installation businesses. One of these businesses was recognized as a Top 10 installer in Northern California and ranked among the top 50 in the nation. Currently, he provides professional consulting and training for photovoltaic solar systems installers, as well as electrical and construction training programs, along with various green energy forums.
