Michael specializes in Solar Photovoltaics Installation and Energy Training, with years of experience with college and community development program instruction.  He has a passion for training program development around company visions and goals.


Michael is also an authorized OSHA trainer and also teaches energy surveys, wiring fundamentals, and lighting retrofits.  His experience was groomed in a variety of conditions and environments which includes 10 years of service in the Army, Wireless Telecommunications in the government and private Sectors, and executive roles in startups and nonprofit organizations.

Steve has worked in construction, energy, and photovoltaics (PV) for over 30 years. He has been involved in the startup and operation of numerous construction, energy, and training organizations, including several solar installation businesses, one of them named as a Top 10 installer in Northern California, and top 50 in the nation. Now he provides professional consulting and training for photovoltaic solar systems installers, electrical and construction training programs, as well as other green energy forums.
